and what we don't.

This page covers scanning a product code or submitting a report, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• On every scan: the code, time, your IP address and browser type — used to detect counterfeits and show scan statistics to the brand.
• If you report a fake: the details you type, including your phone number if you give it — shared with the brand only to investigate.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not contact you for marketing without separate consent.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete your personal data at any time via the customer-care contact shown on the product page. We keep personal data only as long as the purpose you gave it requires.
